Jell-O

Who doesn’t love Jell-O? Healthy or not, it’s fun to eat (and play with). Green Jell-O was declared the “Official State Snack” of Utah in 2001. And let’s not forget one can use Jell-O as hair dye too! Quick and easy if I say so myself.

To make Jell-O shots, substitute 1/3 to 1/2 of the remaining water with vodka or rum after dissolving the gelatin in hot water. Why stop there? Try urine test Jell-O shots. Or make a Lime Jello, Yeast and Carbon Paper Fuel Cell instead.

Looking for a vacation destination? The Jell-O Museum is in LeRoy NY. You can any fruit to Jell-O except fresh pineapple, papaya, kiwi, and ginger root. They all contain enzymes that prevent the gelatin from setting. You’ve been warned.
