Who doesn’t love Jell-O? Healthy or not, it’s fun to eat (and play with). Green Jell-O was declared the Official State Snack of Utah in 2001. And let’s not forget one can use Jell-O as hair dye too! Quick and easy if I say so myself.

3 6-oz packages of jello, peach or watermelon
12 oz lite evaporated skimmed milk 99.5% fat free
2-1/2 cups hot water + 1 cup cold water
add hot water to the jello, stir like heck
then add cold water and evaporated milk
