Who doesn’t love Jell-O? Healthy or not, it’s fun to eat (and play with).
Green Jell-O was declared Utah’s Official State Snack in 2001.
Jell-O shots
1 (3 ounce) package Jell-O gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1⁄2 cup cold water
1⁄2 cup vodka
Step 1: pick a designated driver. Then empty the Jell-O powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water. Stir until the Jell-O is completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka. Stir until mixed and pour into small cups, shot glasses, or molds. Tip: coat the shot glasses, plastic cups, or mold with oil to prevent sticking.
You can fruit to Jell-O except fresh pineapple, papaya, kiwi, and ginger root. They contain enzymes that prevent the gelatin from setting. You’ve been warned.
